Four-week blocks running from 29th September. Small groups, warm welcome, babies in charge as always.
Pay as you go
Tummy time tips and play for your baby, coffee and proper adult conversation for you. Drop in whenever suits your week.

Baby massage at the coast. Gentle strokes for sleep, wind and bonding, learned in a small, cosy group. Oils and mats provided.

Stretches, songs and sensory play for your baby, plus an hour that's just for the two of you. A firm Nurtured favourite.

Join the waitlistDoing more than one class? Loads of families pair Nurtured Touch with baby yoga. Tuesday mornings can flow straight into Tuesday afternoons with a cuppa in between.
Mummy & Me special
Monday 12th October · 10am or 1pm · £18.50
Our seasonal Mummy & Me is going full autumn. Pumpkins, cosy vibes, tea and treats, and the sweetest photo moments with your little one. These specials always sell out, so if you fancy it, don't sit on it.

A note from me
October might be my favourite month at Nurtured. The mornings get that lovely crisp edge, the walks are all golden leaves and sea air, and the studio feels extra cosy once the kettle's on.
